You are purchasing a digital gift voucher/printed gift certificate. A unique, one-time use code will be e-mailed to your recipient (if an email address is provided) and to you (as a receipt). If you'd prefer to purchase a voucher and send it to the recipient yourself, uncheck the ‘send as a gift’ option.
The code can be redeemed at Murano restaurant for the value of the voucher purchased before it expires (terms and conditions apply).
The entire value of the voucher must be used when it is redeemed. No change will be given and no remaining balance will remain, nor future credit given. We will accept multiple voucher codes in one purchase, as long as they are valid.

Murano gift vouchers can be redeemed in any Murano restaurant for dining in or takeaway when the transaction is made inside the restaurant (not valid on our online shop).
The value of the individual voucher code must be used in full – no change will be given and no remaining balance will remain, nor future credit given. You may use multiple voucher codes in one purchase, as long as they are valid.
The voucher code is not for re-sale and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative. Murano cannot accept responsibility if your voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or unused. It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances.
Vouchers are valid for one year from purchase.
